The Pastoral Counseling Center of St. Mary’s is grateful for the ministry and leadership of Arthur and Betty Joanne Scott! Thank you, Betty Joanne and Arthur, and thank you to those who helped organize and attended the celebration.
On, June 28, 2020 the Pastoral Counseling Center of St. Mary's Board hosted a Celebration in honor of Arthur and Betty Joanne Scott.
Since 1983, the Pastor Counseling Center has been a healing place in St. Mary’s County bringing affordable, professional, Christ centered counseling to thousands of individuals, families and groups. Betty Joanne and Arthur Scott as Executive Director and Counselors have not only led the Pastoral Counseling Center since 2003, but also have enhanced our standing in the community and have taken the Pastoral Counseling Center to a new level of capacity and strength.
Effective June 30, 2020, Betty Joanne and Arthur Scott retired from the Pastoral Counseling Center. We are so grateful for the Scott's ministry and leadership in our community. We rejoice with them as enter a new season of their life, moving from Southern Maryland to be closer to family.
